Oyster farming is, in fact, a flagship activity of the town, which is also highlighted by Ostréapolis, an interpretation center dedicated to oyster farming and more broadly to seafood products, inaugurated in 2024 and open to the public. A few minutes from our hotel, the Suscinio castle and the charming villages of Saint-Gildas de Rhuys with its Abbey and Saint-Armel from where you can access Tascon Island on foot at low tide but also aboard one of the small ferry boats to the emblematic places of the coast and the Gulf of Morbihan: Séné, Vannes...

A small inland sea dotted with islands and islets, the Gulf is one of Brittany's jewels, renowned for its exceptional biodiversity.

Suscinio Estate
Located between land and sea on the Rhuys Peninsula, the Domaine de Suscinio occupies a territory with remarkable qualities. Today standing in its obvious stone in the middle of the marshes, Suscinio is a place of soul and reverie, mixing discoveries and adventures. Beyond this invitation to wonder, it is the majestic witness to the history of Brittany and France. The Gulf Route
A route to discover a site with a unique character. 20 km long and 15 wide, the Gulf of Morbihan is shallow except in certain passes near Port Navalo where the currents make their way in depths of around 35 meters.
